By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements. 2. The Service — what gito.az is and is not gito.az helps you discover restaurants, hotels, wedding and banquet halls, view their information, save favourites, read and write reviews, and send reservation requests. gito.az is NOT a payment platform: no payment, purchase or financial transaction takes place in the Service. gito.az is NOT a party to any agreement, reservation or transaction between you and a venue, and is not an agent of any venue. Any relationship and any service you receive is solely between you and the venue. 3. Accounts You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us of any unauthorised use. 4. Reservation requests A reservation submitted through the Service is a REQUEST only, not a confirmed or guaranteed booking. The venue alone decides whether to accept, change or cancel it, and is responsible for honouring it. You must provide a valid name and phone number, which are shared with the venue. We are not responsible for a venue's acceptance, rejection, cancellation, availability, pricing, quality or no-show handling. Wedding and banquet halls do not take reservations through the Service; they offer a contact/call option only. 5. Your content (reviews and other submissions) You are solely responsible for content you submit. You confirm it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe others' rights. You must not post content that is false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene or unlawful, or that contains spam or others' personal data. By submitting content you grant gito.az a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it within the Service. We may, but are not obliged to, review, moderate, refuse, edit or remove any content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users can report content and block other users in the app; we aim to act on valid reports promptly. You may change a review for a given venue once per week. 6. Acceptable use You must not: use the Service unlawfully; impersonate others; interfere with or attempt to breach the Service's security; scrape, harvest or copy data; submit malicious code; or use the Service to harm, harass or defraud any person or venue. 7. Venue information Information about venues (descriptions, photos, menus, prices, hours, features, star ratings) is provided by venue owners. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current. Prices and availability may change. Verify important details directly with the venue. 8. Third-party services The Service relies on third-party providers (such as map and notification services) and may link to third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party services or content. 9. Intellectual property The Service, its software, design and trademarks are owned by gito.az or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without permission. 10. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any venue, content or information meets your expectations. 11. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, gito.az and its owners, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from: your use of (or inability to use) the Service; any venue's acts, omissions, information, goods or services; any reservation; user content; or unauthorised access to your data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory consumer-protection rules). 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold gito.az harmless from claims, damages and costs arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right. 13. Suspension and termination We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or the law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. 14. Changes We may modify the Service or these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a new date; continued use after changes means you accept them. 15. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The parties will try to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 16.
